SEARCH MENU

Using the “search box” with the magnifying glass at the very top of the right hand column will identify all posts and pages containing the word you are searching regardless of the category or heading. eg searching for “diet” may bring out posts relating to healthy living, diabetes, allergy etc. at all levels.

THE SMALL ORANGE SQUARES

The orange squares on the right under the “search menu” indicate the categories of posts contained in the blog. Clicking on these will bring up posts in that category or subcategory..

PULL DOWN “CATEGORY’ MENU

For example if information on healthy living is required then search for “GOLDEN APPLE” on the “CATEGORY” pull down menu on the right (mid-page) to pull out all posts in this category.

Similarly, doing searching the menu for the “BOOKS AND APPLE” icon will bring all posts that go fairly deeply into the subject and yet contain very little medical terminology.

If you search for a subject such as “Diabetes” in this menu, you will pull out all posts…..
